Returns, Exchanges & Refunds Policy
At Fatima Organics, we take immense pride in the purity, safety, and high-quality standard of our herbal formulations. Because our products fall under the medical and hygienic category of skincare and personal care, we maintain strict safety policies to protect our community.
1. Hygienic & Consumer Safety Restrictions
- Non-Returnable Items: Due to health, hygiene, and sanitary regulations, any product that has been opened, unsealed, or used is strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.
- We cannot accept returns or exchanges based on personal preference changes, scent preferences, or individual skin compatibility issues, as skincare results naturally vary from person to person. We highly encourage reading our ingredient lists carefully if you have historically sensitive skin.
2. Eligible Grounds for Replacement or Refund
We offer full replacements, exchanges, or store credits only and exclusively in the following validated cases:
- The product arrived physically damaged or leaking during transit.
- The product packaging or mechanical pump mechanism is inherently defective.
- The items delivered do not match the original invoice or order confirmation (incorrect items).
3. The Strict 48-Hour Claim Window
If you receive a package that meets any of the eligible criteria listed above, you must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery. Any claims submitted after this 48-hour window will unfortunately not be entertained under any circumstances.
How to File a Valid Claim:To initiate a verification claim, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp at +92 316 2177772 or email fatimaorganics48@gmail.com with the following details:
- Order Details: Your full name, phone number, and original Order Number.
- Visual Evidence: Clear, high-resolution photographs and a continuous unboxing video explicitly demonstrating the damage, leakage, or defect.
- Retention of Materials: Customers must retain the original security flyer, shipping label, receipt, and outer product box until our inspection team approves the claim.
4. Claim Resolution & Processing
Once our quality control team reviews your submitted evidence and verifies the issue, Fatima Organics will arrange a resolution at its sole discretion. A fresh, brand-new replacement item will be shipped out to you completely free of charge. If a replacement item is out of stock, a refund will be initiated back to your original payment method or bank account within 7 business days.
