- Out-of-Stock Items: In the rare event that a product you ordered is temporarily unavailable, our customer support team will immediately reach out to you via phone call or SMS. We will provide you with an updated delivery timeline or alternative options to ensure your order reaches you at the earliest possible date.
2. Domestic Shipping (Within Pakistan)

- Flat Shipping Fee: We offer a premium flat rate of Rs. 260/- for all domestic orders, regardless of package size or weight.
- Our Shipping Partners: To ensure maximum safety and professional handling of liquid and delicate cosmetic items, we utilize standard logistics services including GPO, PostX, and M&P Services.
- Estimated Delivery Time: Once dispatched from our facility, your package will arrive at your doorstep within 3 to 5 business days.
3. International Shipping

- Courier Service: All international consignments are dispatched securely via DHL Express to ensure timely and temperature-controlled transit.
- Custom Shipping Rates: International shipping fees are dynamic and calculated based on the destination country, volumetric weight, and local customs regulations.

4. Shipment Tracking & Unexpected Delays
Upon dispatch, a shipping confirmation text message or email containing your unique tracking link will be sent to you. While our courier partners maintain a stellar delivery record, unexpected logistical delays (such as extreme weather, roadblocks, or festive rushes) may occasionally occur.
